According to the approval of Law 66 of October 17, 2017, a moratorium period has been established for the payment of the property tax, on interests and surcharges generated by properties subject to this tax, due on December 31, 2017.
To benefit from this moratorium, the property subject to this tax, must be registered at ANATI and obtain a NIT.
The procedure shall be performed via internet. Once the NIT of the property is obtained, payment can be made.
